RALLYCROSS CIRCUIT GETTING READY TO ROLL

The new Rallycross circuit being built at Levels Raceway took a giant step forward yesterday when World Rally Championship Driver and South Canterbury Car Club member Hayden Paddon visited to sign off on the final design.

Paddon's input coupled with his vast rally experience was invaluable in designing the course. Also in attendance was Dom Kalasih, MotorSport New Zealand's chief track inspector, Kevin Pateman, President of the South Canterbury Car Club and Simon Waldron from Simon Waldron Earthmoving, who will be undertaking the build of the rallycross circuit.

Rallycross will have its debut at the upcoming January Truck Event - Diesel, Dirt and Drama on 26th - 27th January 2019.
